Narrow board components are edge banded using single-sided edge banding machines equipped with pre-milling and corner rounding units. The maximum thickness of banded components is 52 mm. Types of edges: ABS, PCV, HPL, and wooden glued.

Machine edge banding is performed using a CNC center, equipped with a milling unit. This allows for highly efficient serial production. Maximum profile thickness: 60 mm.

Narrow planes are also banded using manual edge banding machines. These enable very complex shapes, up to 100 mm thick, to be processed.

A wide band CNC sanding machine enables board components to be prepared for varnishing and laminating using all types of laminates. Top quality abrasive materials enable boards to be calibrated and ideal planes obtained for further processing.

A shelf press allows boards to be made thicker, and planes to be banded with laminates (HPL, CPL), natural veneers etc. Subject to requirements, pressing can be done using a cold or hot process. Maximum format of veneered boards: 3000×1300 mm.
